Product Condition (Pre-Owned Items) 

Some items sold by The 6 Vault are labelled as "Pre-Owned." This means the item has been previously owned and may show signs of wear, age, storage, or prior use. 

All items are sold as-is, and condition will vary from item to item. While we aim to accurately represent each item through descriptions and photos, visible and non-visible signs of wear may be present.

By purchasing a pre-owned item, you acknowledge and accept its condition as shown and described, and agree that variations in wear are not considered defects. 


Refunds & Final Sale Policy

All items sold by The 6 Vault are final sale. Due to the nature of limited, resale, and archive items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Please review all product details, sizing information, condition descriptions, photos, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.


Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may only be considered in cases where an item arrives materially and significantly different from its description. 

Determinations are made at the sole discretion of The 6 Vault based on the original product listing, photos, and descriptions. 

This does not include: 

  • Minor wear or imperfections 
  • Variations in colour due to lighting 
  • General signs of use consistent with pre-owned items

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery, along with clear supporting photos for review.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses and order details are entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.


Duties, Taxes & Refused Shipments

US and International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

Orders that are refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines and handling are outside of our control.

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other external factors do not constitute grounds for refunds or cancellations, as all sales are final. 

We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, all orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation where available, and we are happy to assist customers in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback so we can assist with any concerns regarding an order.

All orders are documented and shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. In the event of a payment dispute, we respond by providing order details, shipping confirmation, and delivery records to the payment processor.

Chargebacks related to delivery delays, unclaimed packages, incorrect address entry, or buyer’s remorse are not considered valid once an order has shipped, as all delivery timeframes are estimates and all sales are final.
