We’re excited to get your order to you! Every item is carefully packed and shipped from Canada. Please review the information below so you know exactly what to expect.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Order Verification & Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, The 6 Vault may require additional verification on select orders prior to payment capture or shipment. This may include confirming identity or payment details. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

Shipping Timeframes Disclaimer
All shipping speeds and delivery estimates (including Standard, Expedited, Express, and UPS Priority services) represent carrier transit times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
While we do our best to ensure timely dispatch, delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high shipping volumes.
Selecting a faster shipping method does not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe.
International Exclusions
At this time, we are unable to ship to certain countries and regions due to carrier restrictions, customs regulations, or service limitations.
The following destinations are currently excluded from international shipping:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Bonaire, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Guadeloupe, India, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Martinique, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Northern Marianas Islands, Oaxaca Region of Mexico, Pakistan, Réunion, Russia, Somalia, South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands, South Sudan, Sudan, Gauteng Province of South Africa, Syria, St. Barthélemy, St. Martin, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
If your country or region does not appear as an available option at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship to that destination at this time.
Shipping & Address Guidelines
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Each order ships to a single address. For multiple delivery locations, please place separate orders.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
Canadian orders include applicable taxes at checkout.
US and International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing times are outside our control and may impact delivery timelines.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation where available.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines and handling are outside of our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by, but not limited to:

- incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Delays in delivery do not constitute grounds for refunds or cancellations once an order has been shipped.
While we are unable to replace or refund items lost or damaged in transit, we are happy to assist customers in filing a claim with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking and delivery information.
